Villa Timotou

The sandy beach of Portisol is just 3 minutes drive and has cafés and restaurants. All sorts of water activities are around such as windsurfing, scuba diving, fishing, and you can play tennis at La Valerianne 5km away.
In summer, you can buy your baguette, croissants and fruits for breakfast at the little grocery 50 metres away. Otherwise more shops are 1.5km away in the centre of Sanary; also, a market takes place every day, as well as a flower and fish market.

Approach

The house is set on 1500m2 of enclosed and landscaped garden; an iron gate opens onto the garden at the rear of the house.

Accommodation

The entrance hall gives access to the sitting/dining room on the left with table and chairs, a sofa and armchairs, open fireplace, TV with DVD player, Hi-Fi unit and large sliding windows to the garden with paved terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen is accessible by the dining room and is fully equipped with dishwasher and has a utility room with washing machine. To the right of the entrance hall, a corridor leads to the ground floor bedrooms. One bedroom has bunks bed, the other is a double bedroom with TV; both bedrooms have French window to the terrace. There is also a separate WC and a bathroom/WC with bath and shower that you access either from the corridor or the double bedroom. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus a shower room/WC.

Outside

Outside, the covered paved terrace runs along the front of the L shaped house with table and chairs, built-in barbecue and pool house with shower room. Just opposite is the swimming pool (9m x 6m with depth 1.4m-2m) and below this is the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden with palm trees, flowers, shrubs, pine trees with hammock and ping-pong table.
