A sister property to Villa Turgay, this detached holiday villa is situated amongst other similar properties, on a hillside overlooking the bay at Kas. The nearest beach is 6.3km away, there is a restaurant within 2km and there are shops and bars in the village which is 5.6km from the villa.
Kas is a delightful resort surrounded by scenic pine-clad mountains, with the clean, turquoise waters of the Mediterranean lapping gently at its rugged and rocky coastline. Occupying the site of the ancient city of Antiphello, this picturesque town has a timeless feel, its scattered relics from the past mingling with the more modern array of shops, restaurants and chic boutiques.

Ground Floor
There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor which has external access and its own en suite bathroom. There is also a separate shower room.
First Floor
The living area of this smart, contemporary villa is spacious and open-plan with air-conditioning throughout and patio doors offering direct access to the pool terrace and outdoor dining area. The fitted kitchen with sleek wooden units is situated through an archway from the living room and is well-equipped with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob. There is a formal dining table and chairs and a comfortable sitting area with an LCD flatscreen TV with some satellite channels and a DVD player.
Second Floor
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which have access to a balcony with superb views. The master bedroom has a double bed whilst the other two are furnished with twin beds. There is also a separate family bathroom.
Outside
The villa has a private free-form swimming pool with a small palm tree island and seat in one corner. There is a convenient poolside shower and exterior lighting means you can make the most of sultry nights by sitting around the pool until late. Adjacent to the villa is a raised, partially covered dining patio and there is a built-in barbecue to one side. The lower garden is filled with aromatic flowers such as bougainvillea and jasmine, and is planted with blue pine, orange and palms trees.
