Villa Pepino

This comfortable holiday villa with private pool is situated in the Carvoeiro Clube, an established residential area approximately 3km from the village centre. There is a restaurant just 300m away as well as tennis courts for hire within a five minute walk. The nearest golf course is the 9-hole Vale de Milho course.

The rugged coastline in this part of the Algarve has a number of beautiful sandy beaches nestled at the back of rocky coves to explore, with the main beaches having a choice of water sports and refreshments available in the summer season.

Once a quiet fishing village, Carvoeiro has grown into a flourishing tourist resort lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. A stroll around the older streets of the town will take you to quaint shops offering local crafts for sale and market stalls selling fresh local goods. Local fishermen still bring home their catches to the harbour, which is a reminder of a past way of life.

There are also plenty of opportunities to try other leisure activities such as horse-riding, tennis, water sports, and even wine-tasting. Nearby attractions for children include the Aqualand Water Park at Alcantarilha, around 15km away, the Slide and Splash water park just off the N125 near Lagoa. ZooMarine is another popular park just to the north of Albufeira at Guia.

Ground Floor

The villa is comfortable and welcoming, with traditionally furnished but well-appointed rooms. The lounge has a fireplace and huge French windows to a furnished terrace, which really opens up the living space and allows you to make the most of the lovely gardens. There are comfortable sofas arranged around a coffee table, a television with some satellite channels, a DVD player and a CD player. The dining area is just off the lounge and also has patio doors to the terrace.


There is a large kitchen with a door leading conveniently to the barbecue area. Fitted with wooden units and a marble worktop, the kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The elegantly furnished double bedroom has an en suite shower room and patio doors to the garden. There are three further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two bedrooms each furnished with a single bed. There is a separate family bathroom with a bath/overbath shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside

The villa’s landscaped gardens and furnished terraces are a real feature of this property, with many rooms having direct access to the terrace which runs in an ‘L’ shape around the back of the villa. Beyond the terrace are lawns dotted with palms, tree and shrubs and enclosed by hedges giving plenty of privacy. At one end of the terrace, just outside the kitchen, there is a BBQ dining area and there is also a furnished roof terrace with far-reaching views to the sea. The well-kept lawn slopes down to the pool terrace which is reached by steps on a lower level. The pool has a springboard and ladders steps, and a pool shower room.
