Villa Flora is ideally located close to all the facilities which the well established resort of Vilamoura has to offer. The villa is only a short walk to local shops and restaurants, which is perfect for those who would like to enjoy a meal out and not have to drive home, or for those last minute shopping needs. The beach is only 2km away, which is a very quick drive, or a slightly longer walk. These villas are only 1km away from the nearest golf course, but Vilamoura is well known for its outstanding golfing facilities, and there are a further five excellent courses in the near vicinity.

Further to being a favourite golfing destination, Vilamoura is also well known for its other sports and entertainments on offer. There is a water slide park, almost every sports club you can think of including tennis, horse-riding stables, a shooting range, nightclubs and even a casino! There are also countless bars and restaurants offering most international foods as well as those with a more traditional menu. The marina is a hub of activity where a number of vibrant restaurants and bars can be found, and also has a spectacular display of white yachts, and is a pleasant place to enjoy the holiday atmosphere with an evening stroll.

The resort is located beside a pine forest, and is surrounded by reclaimed wetlands and bright blue seas. However, great care has been taken in incorporating the demands of modern tourism into the natural beauty of the area. Just 3km away from the beach at Vilamoura is a stretch of beautiful coastline with the red rock that the area is known for, set against a backdrop of pine clad cliffs. For those who enjoy a little history, there is a preserved Roman site here as Vilamoura was once a Roman fishing village, and there is a museum highlighting some of the area’s past.

Ground Floor

The living accommodation of Villa Flora has pale walls and terracotta tiled floors which stay cool underfoot in the heat of the day. There is comfortable seating for your party arranged in front of the villa’s window, and the room has an ornate ironwork wood burning stove to keep the villa cost in those out of season evenings. There is an oval dining table with seating for six people for you to enjoy those evenings in. A door from the living space leads directly out onto the back patio, where the villa’s swimming pool can be found.

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with contemporary white units stainless steel hob/oven and over-hood. There is ample space for preparing and cooking food on your self catering holiday, and has the added convenience of being equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Also on this level are two of the villa’s bedrooms. Both have twin beds and ample storage space for your holiday belongings. The bathroom on this level has a bath, wc and wash basin.

First Floor

Upstairs there is a double bedroom which has its own en suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes.

Outside

The private patio to the rear of Villa Flora has a rectangular pool with ladder access, bordered by a high whitewashed wall decorated with traditional colourful tiling. There is a small terrace which runs around the side of the pool and pretty flowering plants and established shrubs in the border complete a peaceful and tranquil picture. There is a barbecue for taking advantage of the warm summer evenings, and trying a little cooking outdoors.
