The villas is in a gated community only a short drive from the many amenities of downtown Naples. There are local shops and eateries only a short distance away and there are some extra facilities for the use of the residents – heated communal pools, children’s playground, tennis courts, basketball and 5-a-side soccer nets.

The accommodation is all on one level. There is a very large living/dining/kitchen area boasting two sitting areas and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. There is a master king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and door to the pool terrace. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and door to pool area. Two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.

Screened pool (electric pool heating available – supplement payable) and oversized deck area overlooking the canal. Plenty of space for dining al fresco.

Very comfortable accommodation only a short drive from the superb white sand beach lapped by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The 5th Avenue exclusive shops and restaurants provide a very pleasant place to pass the afternoon or evening.

Pool heating available - £100 per week. Must be booked in advance to ensure that pool is pre heated and up to temperature before arrival.

Beach towels provided.

Christmas and New Year period - minimum stay 2 weeks - no Christmas Day arrivals.
