Master king size bedroom with door to the pool area and ensuite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and door to the pool terrace. Two twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom.

Fully equipped with all the modern appliances, Periwinkle offers a very comfortable ‘home from home’.

There is an oversized pool deck and a screened, solar heated pool overlooking a lake. The community also offers two heated communal pools, tennis courts, 5-a side football pitch, basketball court and small children’s playground.

There are supermarkets and eateries close to the community and for a wider choice of exclusive shops and restaurants the famous 5th Avenue area of downtown Naples is ten minutes by car. White sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico are a similar distance away.
