Ground Floor

The villa’s main living area is open plan with the kitchen partially enclosed at one end. The room has white walls and tiled flooring underfoot giving it a cool and airy feel and there are patio doors opening onto a shady covered terrace adjacent to the swimming pool. Large comfy sofas are arranged around a coffee table and television which offers some satellite channels and a DVD player, and there is also a CD player. A large oval dining table has seating for six, and the small but well-equipped kitchen leads off from here. Fitted with pine units and a tiled floor, the kitchen has a washing machine and microwave as well as a hob, oven and fridge/freezer.

The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with two further bedrooms having twin beds. There is also a separate bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside

Patio doors open at both ends of the living room onto a pleasantly shaded covered terrace set with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The garden has a gated driveway leading to a lawn and sun terrace which surrounds the 7m x 3.5m (depth 1.2m – 1.5m) rectangular private pool. The terrace is well-equipped with sun-loungers and umbrellas allowing you to lie back and enjoy the view in comfort.

Location

This bungalow style holiday villa has stunning panoramic views of the sea, Nerja coastline and mountains. Sitting in an elevated rural position above the Punta Lara residential area to the west of Nerja, the property is approached by a steep road and 100m of track which is shared by two other properties also available for rent. Although the villa’s countryside location is ideal for a family looking for a peace and tranquility away from the crowds, the nearest beach is just 1km away (steep uphill walk home) and the popular resort of Nerja is within a short drive.
