This new, secure apartment complex is located approximately 20 minutes walk from the marina with its wealth of restaurants, bars and nightlife. The lovely beach of Falesia is approximately a half hours walk away, so if you are looking for a car free holiday, then this is the apartment for you.

Vilamoura is close to the beautiful Algarve coastline and set against a backdrop of lush pine forests. A popular choice for a holiday in the sun, it is one of the largest self contained resorts in Europe, and has the facilities you would expect for a resort of its size. These include tennis, horse riding, water sports, lawn bowling, sailing and deep sea fishing. Nightlife centres around the large lively marina which forms the focal point of the resort. Shops, bars and restaurants overlook luxury yachts and there is a cinema and a casino if you fancy a flutter.

Vilamoura has 6 different golf courses to choose from offering every type of challenge to every standard of player. International tournaments are hosted here on the glorious 18 hole championship courses. The resort also has excellent shopping and a good selection of designer boutiques, shoe stores, sports outlets, perfumeries, jewellers to mention a few. Those wanting to experience a little local tradition can visit the Saturday market at nearby Loule for traditional handicrafts or fresh produce.

Along these excellent holiday activities, Vilamoura has one of the finest white sandy beaches in the area, and is close to countless others. This resort has something to keep everyone entertained on their villa holiday in the Algarve.

Ground Floor

Apartment Majoka is on the ground floor, with lovely views of the terrace and swimming pool.

The living area is a spacious and airy room which has a large picture window at one end giving glorious views of the terrace and gardens beyond, and keeping the room flooded with light. In front of the window, grouped around a coffee table, are two modern leather sofas which offer comfortable seating for your party and face the room's television/DVD/CD stereo. At the opposite end of the room is a rectangular table with seating for six people, a comfortable distance from the kitchen. The kitchen itself is modern and fully equipped with wooden units at base and eye level. It comes equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils you need for a successful self catering holiday in the sun.

The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and has a double bed and doors out onto the terrace. The second bedroom is a twin room and has the use of the separate shower room. Both rooms are tastefully furnished throughout with modern decor and furniture to store all your holiday belongings.

Outside

Outside the apartment enjoys wonderful views of this secure and well managed complex. A private area screened by a low hedge overlooking the gardens is set with a table and six chairs for your own use. The grounds are carefully manicured and have a selection of well tended flowering shrubs and mature trees set in green lawns. The communal swimming pool is surrounded by stylish decking, and provides ample space for you to stretch out and enjoy the warm sunshine on one of the sun loungers provided. There are also parasols for those who prefer the cool of the shade
